WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOEC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID STOEC FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
7. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify STOec, its affiliates, and personnel against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or Services if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Site and Services ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador and Argentina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in those jurisdictions may have exclusive venue where mandatory law allows.
